+-------------------------------------------+

Aug. 1, 2020 - v1.1

   Added additional patches.
   Changed Link's outline to true black to match the rest of the game.

Jul. 31, 2020 - v1.0

   Initial release.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Four patches included. All patches feature:

* Adds official Link sprites back into the ROM over the Boy Mascot.
* Custom art cobbled together for Link's one-handed fanfare, stray
  pixels removed from Link's shield in one downward-facing frame.
* Link's palettes changed back to their original colors.
* Zelda's hair changed back to brown.
* Shopkeeper sprite/palette returned to original.
* Girl Mascot's hair changed to brown (to account for palette change).

mottzilla.ips is specifically for MottZilla's v0.95 patch mottzilla.ips:

* Character select screen re-adjusted.
* Boy Mascot takes the place of the old fan-made Link.
* Link and Zelda added to intro sequence.

complete.ips is for Complete/Upgrade/Restoration patches:

* Character select screen re-adjusted.

I haven't tested to make sure the Blue and Red Rings work perfectly,
especially on Map 2, but I don't see why they wouldn't. Let me know.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm going to assume you know how to use IPS patches. I'm also going to
assume you know how to obtain a ROM to patch. Please don't ask me.

header.ips should work for most clean ROMs, Map 1 or Map 2
noheader.ips is for unheadered clean ROMs

I can't promise that this patch will play nice with every other patch
combination available, you'll have to do some experimentation. I have
provided alternate custom patches for two popular options:

Apply MottZilla's patch (found elsewhere) to a clean ROM first, and then
apply mottzilla.ips. ROM should have a header. No need to use the
included "clean ROM" patches at all (but it probably wouldn't hurt
anything if you did by mistake).

When using the Complete, Upgrade, or Restoration patches (found
elsewhere), patch those to clean ROMs as per original instructions, and
then apply complete.ips, Map 1 or Map 2. ROM should have a header.
